Step 3: Ongoing Coaching
Coaching Sessions (75 minutes each) – $144.15 + HST
 Weekly or bi-weekly sessions to keep you accountable and on track.

Once momentum is established, weekly coaching sessions typically shorten to 30–45 minutes, keeping your costs lower while still ensuring steady progress. Longer sessions remain available if you’d like structured exercise programming.
